Just Trying out the new Subscriber...

Hello Everyone.. I am still on the computer and learning more about my blog. Hope you all stay posted for some new pics of my cards coming up.

Its a great Saturday!! Its really melting out there!

Good day everyone. It is a wonderful Saturday and the weather is warming up. I am still working away on wedding invites and hope to get a substantial bit done today. I plan to take pics of these invites as they shape up and add them to my blog...
I added a great feature to my blog for everyone if you are interested in following my blog - I have added right there at the top of my page an email subscription notice option. Good Day Everyone,

I created this fun card with a new House Mouse stamp that I recieved from Cindy Echtinaw at http://www.scrappingstamping.com/ I have joined the Design of the Month Club which I find to be the best way to collect these adorable stamps.
This is the February stamp from the House Mouse Design of the Month club selections. And before I sent it out I rubbed some scrumpdiliitious scent all over it - Peanut Butter Cookie scent from Scent my Cards - mmmm, mmmmm, good!
What a fun stamp and scent to use this time of the year when winter is still with us. It gets you in the mood to go sliding or skating on our outdoor rinks and then go home to a cup of hot chocolate and some PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES!!

Thanks to Cindy and Kevin for offering these adorable stamps and scents at such reasonable prices. Go on over and check the store for some awesome deals on all the products! I used copic markers to color the stamp and I used Spellbinders Grand Borderability Classic Lace and Spellbinders Nestabilities Labels One on this card. Creating cards with House Mouse is a blast!!!

Here is the companion card that I did with a different paper choice from the same paper collection. Using the same Snowman but coloring him a little differently. These snowmen cards were my one more "Hoorah" before Winter comes to an official close. After this week we will be going into March and then before we know it, it will be coming into Spring...


I like to match up my lining inside the card and I love to make matching envelopes for my cards as it adds a finishing detail for me.

Its Still Winter

A Very Girly Pirate Party Invitation

Good Day Friends

As promised, here is an example of the girly invitations. Along side is another example of a more masculine card. You will notice in these examples, a slightly different title. Each title I created took a little time to create and finesse but then I saved them and have them any time I may want to recall them for use again.

These cards were very enjoyable to create. Inside each card, I have placed a border and matching paper. Its all about the details!!!
